1. Development and implementation of methods, techniques and technologies for the synthesis and study of nano-materials, nanosized application of protective coatings and the creation of optoelectronic and mechanical nanoelementnoy base for the aerospace industry.
2. Preparation and investigation of nanoparticles with predetermined properties for micro-and nano-electronics and biochemistry.

5. Centrifuge for separating of nanopowder in fractions OPTIMA MAX-XP.
6. Laboratory milling machine with coordinated movement (Machine type: Premium 4820).
7. Universal SPM complex INTEGRA Tomo.
8. Scanning electron microscope Quanta 200 with thermionic cathode and microanalysis system.
9. Ultrahigh vacuum modular technology platform NanoFab-100.
