On 2 March 2012 the Joint Student Council was created, which is collegial advisory body to the Rector.
Aim of the Student Council is to develop the student self-government system and support students by modernization of higher education.
The Student Council has consultative and advisory functions on youth policy in the scientific and educational and socio-cultural spheres, personnel provision of innovation activity development, represents the interests of students, Master’s and PhD students of the University.
