National Electronic Information Consortium (NEIKON) implemented the project on allocation of full-text archives of leading foreign scientific journals at the Russian platform of scientific journals NEIKON  (http://archive.neicon.ru) within the framework of the contract with the Department of Education and Science.

At present a wide range of full-text journals of the following publishing houses are allocated:
