Since the end of 2013 Samara State Aerospace University takes part in the large-scale international project for promotion of the Russian language and culture by Ministry for Science and Education of the Russian Federation.

A "Pushkin Institute" Center is being founded at our University. The center will be engaged in teaching the Russian language, including distance learning, to expatriates and foreigners, offer open online courses, run Russian as a Foreign Language contests, organize Russian language introductory courses for children which open the possibility of continuing education in Russian language.  

The Center plans to carry out a wide range of organizational, development and promotional activities, development of educational and testing systems, professional improvement for teachers of Russian as a Foreign Language.

SSAU became one of the 21 universities which will take part in "Pushkin Institute" development program. Participation in the program, among other things, will contribute to attracting international students to study at the Aerospace University.
